Please bring this form with you to the ride event.
3. You must register for the ride using the following "Contact Form". In the "Message" section, please complete the following information: A. Are you an individual biker? Or, are you riding with a biker club or group? If so, what's the name of your club/group and how many riders will be attending this ride with you? B. Where are you starting your ride from? Jonesboro, Little Rock, Memphis or Southhaven C. Are you purchasing a Ride For Hope t-shirt? If so, please give size(s) and quantity. Are you purchasing a Ride For Hope patch? If so, how many? 4.

Note: Individual bike riders and biker clubs/groups can pay for the Ride For Hope either the day of the ride or they can bring their money at the biker follow-up meeting in October (date-to-be announced).
